Ultima Tower is one of the newest in Edmonton. Built in 2016 as part of the ICE District with views overlooking downtown Edmonton and Rogers Place. The building amenities include a fitness room and outdoor terrace. The characteristics of the building include floor to ceiling glass and an ultra modern design. There are many different floor plans ranging from 500 – 2,500 sq ft penthouses.
